Der Septicemia ist eigentlich nicht neu, denn er ist ursprünglich bereits unter dem Namen Pariah im Technical Readout 3075 erschienen (sogar mit eigener Miniatur). Damals noch zusammengestückelt aus Geheimdienstberichten der Diamond Sharks. In The Wars of Reaving wurde der ‚Mech dann näher beleuchtet und auch weitere (korrekte) Konfigurationen für ihn vorgestellt.
Beim Pariah (Septicemia) [man beachte das altbekannte IS-Name (Clan-Name) Muster] handelt es sich um einen 55t OmniMech der Society (weitere Society-‚Mech-Minis erscheinen im Februar). Viele Konfigurationen sind mit modernster Technologie ausgestattet (iATMs, Nova CEWS, etc.), was den ‚Mech ausgesprochen durchschlagkräftig und zu einem guten Teamspieler macht.
Neben der Bauanleitung gibt es, am Ende, auch noch ein Vergleichsfoto zwischen der Septicemia und der Pariah Miniatur. Ignoriert bitte die von mir offenbar nicht gut entfernten Gussgrate, ich war etwas übermüdet, als ich die Mini zusammengebaut habe und kann die Fotostrecke jetzt schlecht nochmal vollständig neu machen. Werft, wie immer, einen ersten prüfenden Blick auf die Verpackung: Alle Teile enthalten? Folgende Teile sollten enthalten sein: Rechtes Bein, Linkes Bein mit Hüfte, Torso, Armleiste, Schulterwaffenleiste und eine Waffenleiste Bringt das rechte Bein an die Hüfte an. Stiften kann hilfreich sein, ist aber kein Muss. Nun kommen die Modulwaffen an den Torso. Achtet darauf, sie richtig herum anzubringen. Wenn die Waffenmodule trocken sind, können die Schulterwaffen und der obere Werfer angebracht werden. Achtet darauf, dass die Schulterwaffen richtig herum sind (die mit der Einbuchtung für das TAG auch wirklich über dem TAG liegt). Jetzt können die Arme angebracht werden. Wenn man den Torso auf den Kopf legt, kann man sie gut gleichzeitig ankleben. Zum Schluss kommt der Torso auf die Hüfte.
