Neue MegaMek Version: 0.47.17 (RC 3)

Der 3. Release Candidate für die geplante neue Stable 48 ist erschienen. Wenn alles nach Plan verläuft, dann wird die Stable Mitte März erreicht, womit dann auch die neue Development-Version 49 erscheint, die auf Java 11 wechselt.
